CELADON RESTAURANT

Inspired by an ancient form of glaze practiced in Cambodian and Asian ceramics, Celadon Restaurant is rooted in both traditional and international flavors. True to its name, our ceramics are all customized for the hotel by Lo Yu Yu, a master ceramic artist who makes pieces from an ancient Angkorian kiln using celadon glaze – serving as symbolic vessels to encapsulate the distinct fine local and global cuisine we serve.

Exhibited in the restaurant are permanent collections of Khmer pottery and ceramics from the past decades and centuries, a fine showcase of Cambodia’s heritage told through the stories of unique earthenware, from terracotta to celadon glazed pieces.

Full complimentary breakfast for guests is served here with Asian and Western Menu. Lunch and dinner are also changing on a daily basis based on fresh market finds and feature classic Khmer dishes from Mane and her family, with some recipes handed down from generations. Healthy dining is our core with fresh and organic ingredients forming the heart of every meal while our Cambodian chef also whips up the finest flavors from the kitchen without artificial flavors like MSG.

Mane Pool Bar is on hand to provide cool quenchers, fresh fruit juices, smoothies, cocktails and spirits prepared on the spot as well as light snacks from the kitchen nearby.

A Sky Bar is on the terrace of 2nd floor where you can overlook the Khmer Villas, Pool View, Garden View and especially you can enjoy the Sunset in the evening. Guests can play snooker, soccer, chess, cards or any other games at the Game Area while drinking.
